Steps

Windows (PC App)

  1. Highlight the text.
  2. Right-click and select Link.
  3. Paste the URL in the Web address field.
  4. Select OK.

Outlook 365 (Web)

  1. Highlight the text.
  2. Right-click or go to Insert > Link > Insert hyperlink.
  3. Enter the URL.
  4. Select OK.

macOS / iOS

  1. Highlight the text.
  2. Right-click or go to Insert > Hyperlink.
  3. Enter the URL.
  4. Select OK.
