Qualtrics: Configuring A Widget

Overview

This article explains how to create a new report page in Results tab in Qualtrics to display survey data. Creating a new report page in the Results tab is useful when existing widgets are not displaying correctly with error messages such as, "This widget is not configured correctly. Please check your widget configuration." You can also create a new page when you want to reorganize how your results are presented.

 Steps

  1. Open Qualtrics by going to survey.uwec.edu
  2. Open the survey that you want to edit your results page in by clicking on the survey on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Navigate to the Results tab on the upper left of the screen.

  4. Click the button labeled "Add" just under the Results tab, it will be on the left-hand side.
  5. On the dropdown menu, click "Report Page"
  6. You will be brought to a screen like this

  7. Select which metric and widget configuration(s) you want to appear on your Results page.
  8. Click the Fields tab to the right of Template Options at the top of the box.
  9. Make sure that you have selected all of the questions you want to show up in your results.
  10. Click the "Create" button in the bottom right of the box. This will create your new Results Page.
