Clipchamp: Embedding into Canvas Assignments

Overview

Clipchamp is an awesome tool to make video projects for personal and academics purposes. Some classes may require a video project to be turned into Canvas, and here is how you would embed this into Canvas Assignments.

Steps

  1. Make sure you have your video saved from Clipchamp and upload it to My Media.
  2. Log into your Canvas course and open the Canvas assignment you need to turn in.
  3. You should see a text box that looks like this:

  1. Now click on the colorful firework logo, that is the My Media logo:

  1. Embed desired video by clicking on the embed button:

  1. Now your video should be embedded into the Canvas assignment text box. Click submit to turn in.
