Overview
Fonts like Aptos and Calibri are Microsoft fonts, so they are not automatically included in Adobe Creative Suite apps.
Considerations
- The process will be slightly different for MacOS and Windows OS.
Instructions for how to install Microsoft fonts on Windows
There are two ways to download fonts onto PC, manually or through the Microsoft Store
Download fonts manually
- Download the font file linked below (Select Download on the page):
- Open the downloaded .zip file
- Open the desired font/.ttf file
- Select Install
- They should automatically populate across all apps.
Download fonts through the Microsoft Store
- Hit Win + I to open Settings
- Click on Personalization > Fonts
- Click Get more fonts in Microsoft Store
- Navigate to the font you would like and select Get
- They should automatically populate across all apps.

- Allow downloads from "microsoft.com"
- Open the downloaded .zip file
- Open the font/.ttf file
- Select Install
- They should automatically populate across all apps.
