Overview
The "Failed to Load Setting" error is often seen on devices running macOS. This occurs when the program is launched. It happens when old preferences remain after the software has been uninstalled or once the software is updated. When Kaltura Capture is uninstalled or updated, its preference files are not removed from the system. These leftover files can conflict with version 5.0+ and cause the "Failed to Load Settings" error. Manually clearing the Settings folder ensures the application starts with a clean configuration.
