Overview

Kaltura CaptureSpace is a desktop application designed to simplify the process of recording and uploading video content directly to the Canvas/My Media integration or the Kaltura MediaSpace platform. This multimedia creation tool supports media creation, management, and sharing.

What Does It Do?

• Record video and audio from webcam, screen, and microphone.
• Screen recording of full screen, specific areas, or application windows.
• Presentation recording with narration.
• Podcast recording. 
• Annotation tools for notes and highlights.
• Basic editing: trim, chop, and add titles.
• Captioning of videos, including videos in languages other than English. 
• Direct upload to Canvas.
