Kaltura: KMS GO Downloading and Setting Up App (iOS)

Overview

These instructions are for downloading and setting up the KMS GO app on an Apple device. This app can be used on Apple phones and tablets. 

Instructions

1. Download the Kaltura MediaSpace Go (KMS GO) app from your mobile device's App Store. Do not download the Kaltura MediaSpace app.

Using the search bar in the app store, search KMS GO to find the app. Select Get once the correct app has been located.

2. Click Open and set the notifications preferences to either Don't Allow or Allow notifications. 3. To log into the Universities of Wisconsin KMS GO instance, type in the site address: https://mediaspace.wisconsin.edu.4. Click on the Login icon.

5. Select the Login button.

You will appear as "Guest" until you login with your UWEC credentials.

6. Select UW-Eau Claire from list of Universities of Wisconsin organizations provided and hit Go.

7. When prompted, enter your UWEC Username and Password and select Sign in.

The UWEC Sign In connects the app to your UWEC My Media account.

8. Complete the two-factor authorization through Okta to verify user authenticity. 

The two-factor authorization will appear as a notification. Chose to enter a code or get a push notification.

9. Once you have completed the two-factor authorization process, you will need to select "KMS GO" in the upper right corner to return to the KMS GO app.
