Overview

OneDrive allows you to view previous versions of a file that you have worked on and restore the file to a previous version if desired.

How to check version history

  1. Open the file
  2. Select File 
  3. Select Info
  4. Select Version History
  5. A separate window will open up showing the file's version history

How to restore a file from version history

  1. Open Version History
  2. Select the version to which you would like to restore your file
  3. Select Restore

  1. Open the file
  2. Select File 
  3. Select Browse Version History
  4. A panel will open up showing the file's version history

How to restore a file from version history

  1. Open Version History
  2. Select the version to which you would like to restore your file
  3. Select Open Version
  4. Select Restore
