Headings and styles provide structure that helps screen reader users navigate email content efficiently.

Steps for using pre-set styles

  1. Select the text you want to format.
  2. Select Styles (pencil icon with a capital “A”) The Styles button looks like an A with a pencil icon.
  3. From the Styles Panel, choose the appropriate heading level.
    The Styles pane includes pre-set options from Normal to Headings 1-3 and Quote. It also includes a clear format button.
