Policies: Table Space in Davies Center and Campus Mall Area

Student organizations and external partners may reserve table space up to five times per academic year per event. There are four indoor lobby tables available in Davies Center each day. Two outdoor tables may also be available, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, there is no guarantee that indoor table spaces will be available for those who have a table reserved outdoors.

To reserve a table through Event Services, UWEC Students, Faculty and Staff can submit a request through the online reservation system, Mazévo. Those with a UWEC account can access Mazévo by following the instructions listed below. If you do not have a UWEC account, or would prefer an alternative method for reserving space please email unictr05@uwec.edu or call 715-836-5631.

Accessing the online reservation system (UWEC only): 

  • Sign in here: https://mymazevo.com
    1. Type in your UWEC email
    2. You’ll be prompted to authenticate using OKTA login
  • Once into Mazevo, you'll have a few options: 
    • Add New Request – submit an event request
      • Select “Davies Center” when prompted for “Building”
      • Select “Davies Information Table #1 - #4 ”, if there is availability.
        • Check the “Unavailable Rooms” if you do not see the Davies Info Table option.
    • My Events – Review status of your booking, request changes, and view past events you’ve booked.
    • Event Book – view the calendar to check on availability or see what events are happening.
    • All Events – view all events including Recreation

Once your event has been submitted, our Event Services staff will either approve or deny your request. If we have questions about your request, we will reach out to the contact included in the request. Please note it may take 24-48 hours to confirm or deny your request, during normal business hours M-F 8am-4:30pm.
