This article explains how to use the Accessibility Checker found in PowerPoint to identify and fix accessibility issues.
Considerations
- Fix all Errors, Warnings, and Tips
- Some items require manual review (e.g., link meaning, color use)
- Can check one slide or the entire presentation

- Go to Review tab.
- Click Check Accessibility.
- Review results
- Apply recommended fixes
