Qualtrics: Changes to Results Tab and Widgets (Effective June 1, 2026)

Overview

Qualtrics is updating the Results tab experience to streamline reporting and modernize data visualization tools.

Starting June 1, 2026, users will no longer have the option to select the Legacy Results Dashboard. All reporting and visualizations (widgets) will be displayed exclusively within the new Results-Reports dashboard.

This updated dashboard is designed to provide improved performance, consistency, and enhanced reporting capabilities.

In addition, legacy (Classic) widgets are being phased out in favor of newer visualization options. While some deprecated widgets remain available temporarily, they will be removed over time and automatically migrated to updated versions.

Considerations for Legacy Users

Users currently relying on the Legacy Results Dashboard should prepare for the transition:

The Legacy Results Dashboard will no longer be accessible after June 1, 2026.

All existing reports will be available in the new Results-Reports dashboard.

Deprecated widgets will continue to function until their scheduled removal. Qualtrics has not communicated the depreciation timeline.

Users will be notified in advance before any widget is removed.

No immediate manual migration is required; updates will occur automatically.

Limitations of the New Versions

While the new Results-Reports dashboard improves functionality, some limitations may apply:

Certain legacy widget types are no longer available for new reports.

Deprecated widgets can still be used but are not recommended for long-term reporting.

The timing of widget removals will vary depending on the specific visualization.
Some workflows may differ from the Legacy dashboard, requiring adjustment.
