Qualtrics: Copying an Existing Survey

Overview

If an existing course survey has been created, you can copy the survey from semester to semester to ensure the integrity of the survey is consistent.  

Considerations 

• When a survey is copied, the settings will remain the same as the original survey. This includes survey availability dates, incomplete survey response settings, and look and feel settings.  

Steps on How to Copy an Existing Course Evaluation 

1. Go to Projects and find the survey you wish to copy.  
2. Select the three dots (…) and drop down to Copy Project.  
3. Rename the project.  NOTE: If you have a folder, you can place it within it so your surveys are more organized.  
4. Select Copy Project.
