Overview
A common error when a survey is copied is that the Results tab will not display new information. This happens when the survey structure was changed after copying it or if the Results page was not regenerated. The most helpful fix for this is to create a New Report Page under the Results Tab.
Considerations
- When you copy a survey, the Results tab may still reference the original survey’s structure. If you’ve made edits or if the Results page is not updating, you need to generate a new report page to reflect the current survey version.
- Check for survey edits that may not have automatically updated.
- Sometimes, browser caching issues can prevent new data from displaying. Try clearing your browser cache or accessing Qualtrics from a different browser.
- Check permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view the Results tab in the copied survey.
- For more information on the Results-Report page, please see the Results-Reports Basic Overview guide.
Instructions for Creating a New Report Page
- Under the Results tab, select the Add dropdown on the left side of the page.
- Drop down to the Report Page.
- Under the Generate results page, select the visualizations (charts, graphs, tables) you want to have displayed.
- Select Create.
