Student Forms: Student Studio Space

This form is intended for upper-level Art & Design students requesting to use additional studio space beyond regular classroom access. Each studio space is intended to be used by 1-2 student per fall or spring semester as selected by a department committee. Students are expected to clean the space by the end of the same term and reapply as needed. While completing an eForm application, be sure to read the Terms + Conditions regarding these spaces. Application deadlines will be announced in email from the Department of Art & Design.

Searching for a list of all eForms?

  1. Navigate to https://eform.uwec.edu.
  2. Log in using your university username and password.
  3. Click the Start New Form tab.
  4. Select the form owner's department from the drop-down menu.

Resuming a started and saved eForm?

  1. Navigate to https://eform.uwec.edu.
  2. Log in using your university username and password.
  3. Click the My Tasks tab to view any forms that require your input.
    NOTE: Must have clicked Save and Close for Later.
  4. Click the View Forms in Progress tab to view a form's progress that you initiated.
