How to access the SPOT survey landing page
- Email invitation: You will receive an email invitation sent to your UW-Eau Claire email address from feedback@uwec.surveys.edu. Click the link in the email to go directly to your course survey to view response rates and see QR code or links.
- Canvas: Access evaluations by clicking the "SPOT survey" link in the left side navigation menu of your Canvas course.
- Direct login: Log into the UWEC SPOT Survey Landing Page directly using your UW-Eau Claire credentials.
- Navigate directly to website landing page: www.uwec.bluera.com
How to navigate to my courses on the UWEC SPOT survey landing page
Once at the landing page, you have two ways to access your courses
- Start in your SPOT survey landing page at www.uwec.bluera.com.
- Click the "Manage your subjects" link in the subject management tile on the left side of the screen
- Go to " My Active Tasks" and click the start button on the right
How to monitor response rates
- Start in your SPOT survey landing page at www.uwec.bluera.com.
- Click on the course of interest, either in your subject management tile or the My Active Tasks list.
- A course card will appear with the current response rate and end date
How to get a link and/or QR code for a course
- Start in your SPOT survey landing page at www.uwec.bluera.com.
- Click on the course of interest, either in your subject management tile or the My Active Tasks list.
- A course card will appear, click in the bottom right corner of the course card. This will be three horizontal dots.
- Go to Manage Settings
- Click on "view QR code"
How to resend a SPOT survey e-mail link
- Navigate to the course card.
- Click on the three horizontal dots in the bottom right corner
- Click on "View Invitees"
- Click on "Resend invitation emails to all raters who have not submitted" at the bottom.
