Overview
ClipChamp is a free web-based editor for recording and editing audio and video. For video projects, it’s ideal because it allows you to: record your voice, video, or screen; add music, fades, and effects; cut and combine multiple clips and export projects easily. Regarding MyMedia, you can export a project to their video library and submit through Canvas if needed.
How to Save and Share a ClipChamp Video to My Media:
- Click Export (top right of Clipchamp editing screen)

- Choose your desired video quality from options listed on the left
- Click "Export"
- Click "Save to my computer"

- Select or create a folder to hold the video, and then select save

- Go to your UWEC Canvas account
- Click on your profile and navigate to MyMedia

- Select "Add New" and then "Media Upload"

- Agree to the prompted UWEC Terms and Conditions
- Select "Choose a file to upload"
- Find your Clipchamp video from wherever you saved it on your computer, and click "Open"

- You can add a description and tags if you want, but it's not required
- Decide whether to save the project as public or private
- Public: Everyone on MyMedia can access your video
- Private: Only you can access your video
- Select "Save"

- You are now able to access your Clipchamp video through MyMedia
