Creating an Article
To create an article in Knowledge Base,
- Log into Knowledge Base.
- Hover over Manage and click Articles
- Click Add Article.
- Enter an article title.
- Add content (text, images, icons, notes, etc.).
- Assign article to a category from the drop down
- If complete, check the Publish to make your article viewable to everyone.
- Assign your article to a reader group if you wish to restrict who can view the article
- Click Create Article.
Editing an Article
To edit an article in Knowledge Base,
- Log into Knowledge Base.
- Hover over Manage and click Articles
- Update content (text, images, icons, notes, etc.).
- Click Update Article.
